Notary Services

As a full-time Realtor, I provide standard notary services by appointment only, typically meeting clients at the Chapel Hill Public Library at times of mutual convenience.  Text me at 919-428-7469 to schedule service.   

I will travel on a limited basis in Chapel Hill and Durham, North Carolina for ​mortgage, I-9/employment verification, and settlement signing services. For these services, email or call me (919-428-7469).

Standard notaries are $5 per principle signature.  Cash is preferred, but I can also accept Venmo and Zelle payment.  Other services' costs can vary.  Call me to discuss.

​NOTES:  Current, valid ID is required for all notaries. I cannot provide witnesses or serve as one if I am notarizing. If your document does not have appropriate notary statements, we may be required to use a notary certificate from the NC Secretary of State.  Titles require the seller to be present and must include the buyer's name and information.
